MatomoCamp is a free to attend online event that focuses on Matomo Analytics, the most used digital analytics Free software solution. We are happy to announce the second edition of the conference, planned for the weekend of 3rd & 4th of November 2022.

Last year we had 28 talks/workshops and 25 speakers from 11 countries. We had sessions in English, French, and German. The second edition will also go on for two days, and we expect to have a similar number of sessions.

Our CFP is open.

We are calling for proposals. If you would like to join the 2022 edition as a speaker, you are welcome to submit your proposal here: https://schedule.matomocamp.org/matomocamp-2022/cfp

In our event management page you will find the details on the session types and format. You can submit proposals about different uses of Matomo, where some categories can be business, privacy, use-cases, system administration, Matomo features, or digital analytics. Other categories and ideas are always welcome. Our wish is to make this event a knowledge sharing place in which attendees can learn a lot and speakers can have a good time.

Online events make it quite challenging for people to socialize, but we are doing our best to make the event as interactive as possible. Through a live chat, attendees can make their questions to the speaker and our moderators will facilitate the Q&As. Also, everyone can register in our Matrix/Element instance and join the various discussions happening there.

About MatomoCamp.

MatomoCamp is entirely run by volunteers with the support of our sponsors who facilitate different aspects of the event. Same as we did last year, we are proudly running the event using only open source software platforms. The first edition was challenging in terms of building our digital infrastructure and promoting the event. This year we can rely on the software platforms which were set up previously, and focus more on content and quality. We are closely looking at what went well last year, and what could be improved. To anyone who attended the previous edition, your feedback, and ideas are welcome. You can always reach out to us via the contact form on our website.

In the meantime, you can take a look at the recordings of the past edition: https://video.matomocamp.org/
